Sobriety checkpoints: See how many were arrested this weekend
In 1990, the Supreme Court upheld the use of sobriety checkpoints as long as they meet certain guidelines, which includes public notification.
Two OVI checkpoints held Friday in Northeast Ohio screened more than 1,200 drivers, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
