NFL announces date, time for massive 49ers-Seahawks NFC showdown
After the 49ers' thrilling 42-38 win over the Chicago Bears on Sunday night, the NFL announced its Week 18 slate and the 49ers will host the Seattle Seahawks on Saturday for a 5:00pm Pacific Time kickoff at Levi's Stadium.
The Seattle Seahawks will play the San Francisco 49ers for the division title and NFC's No. 1 seed next Saturday night at 5 p.m.
The 2025 NFL regular season will end in the Steel City.
The Seahawks vs. 49ers Week 18 kickoff time is set after weeks of “TBD.” Here’s when it starts, where to watch, and what it means in the NFC West race.
According to Seahawks PR, Seattle now has 19 wins in the last 24 games, ranking first in the NFL. This is already the highest-scoring team in franchise history (470 points) and they can push that record even further in Week 18.
The Seahawks will play a second straight game without starting left tackle Charles Cross and they will play their first this season without starting safety Coby Bryant.
The Seattle Seahawks are doing everything they can to wrap up the No. 1 seed in the NFC. The San Francisco 49ers are determined not to let them have it. Even after winning 13 games - including six straight - the Seahawks still need to beat the red hot 49ers in Week 18 to win the NFC West and secure home-field advantage throughout the playoffs.
